Workflow refers to a business process that has been implemented in a computer system. WorkflowFirst's powerful workflow engine makes implementing even relatively sophisticated workflow a very simple process. 

The most common workflow scenario involves routing submissions or change requests to a group for approval. This may be important for business-critical data, where you want to have another user or a superior verify the data before it goes into the system. Or perhaps the user is new and is in training, and they're not quite ready to take the reins. 

This type of approval workflow can be enabled in your WorkflowFirst application with just a few clicks.
