 We noticed each originator can see all the requests including requests that is not generated by them.

 Can we restrict or hide those requests and only show the request that created by each originator?

Hi there,

If you go to the user, and add the role Assigned XXX (where XXX is the tab name where the workflow resides) then that user will only be able to see items that are assigned to them, or created by them. You will have to do this as an administrator user.
