Retrieving a Backup from the Cloud

It is very important to backup your applications and data on a daily basis in case they are accidentally deleted. These backups can be stored on your local server and can be retrieved more readily.

If your applications or data were accidentally deleted, we can retrieve a backup of your cloud account. This is not part of the basic support scope, and retrieving a backup of the database is a time consuming process. We charge a fee of USD $200 for such retrieval.

If you wish to retrieve a backup of your database, please provide the following information:

  • Date

  • Time

  • Title of the Application

  • Detailed information of lost data or applications
