To register a site license on your private install, make sure that WorkflowFirst Professional is running on the server on which it will be located, and go to WorkflowFirst Designer. In the top right corner you will see a link with the text "Upgrade". Click that to bring up the registration screen, which will look something similar to this:



To register a site license, please email the serial number provided on this screen to support@workflowfirst.com (from your organization's email address if possible). Once the serial number is received, a WorkflowFirst representative will email you the registration key, which you can enter into the box in Step 2.

If you are registering individual approver licenses, click where it says "Site License" in white, and select "Other" from the dropdown. This will provide a different serial number that you can provide to WorkflowFirst LLC.



Lastly, click Activate and you should see a message that the registration was successful. Once the site license is activated, the Upgrade should no longer be displayed.
