By default the multi-tenancy feature calls these organizational units simply "Org Units". However you can change the name it uses to be something else. For example you may want to call them "Departments", "Clients" or something else.

To do this, go to your application settings record in WorkflowFirst Designer. Then click the hamburger and click on Multi-Tenancy Options. There you will see fields to override the singular and plural name of the organizational units.

You will also see an option for whether the filters should be applied by default for everyone, or added as a role that can be optionally added to users. Administrators will not have the filters applied.
