Underneath the 'Upload XML' label there is a button to select an XML file. After selecting the XML file you can click Upload to upload that file into the system. 

This is an easy way to transfer data from one system to another. However, several limitations should be noted: 

 •  The operation will fail if the file is too large, usually if the file is more than 100Mb in size. 

 •  File data is not transferred. This should be transferred separately. 

 •  The IDs of records are retained between export and import, making this unsuitable for copying data from one part of the database to another. However moving the data is fine. 

 •  Events are not raised on the data as it is imported. This may make the database inconsistent.
