One of the huge advantages of using WorkflowFirst to develop applications is that it's a collaborative development environment, in which the process of development can be shared between any number of developers in parallel. This is a vast improvement on the fragmented development that usually occurs with application programming.
But beyond developing, WorkflowFirst also provides a number of features for designing an application in collaboration with others. This design process occurs before the application creation is started. It helps to get everyone on the same page and understand the requirements for the application. The design process usually involves the users and management along with those developing the application.
There are two areas in WorkflowFirst designated for this purpose: User Stories and the Glossary.
