The next section, below the application logo, are the application tabs. These tabs let you access different, top-level aspects of the application. In the case of WorkflowFirst these tabs let you access the Applications, Documents, Settings and Users. Clicking a tab will take you to that area. In your own applications the tabs will depend on the top-level, visible fields in the model.

 Some applications may also have a Dashboard tab.

 The Dashboard tab is a useful source of information. It gives you an overview of current assignments, completed tasks, requests, and a calendar. It will also show any tutorials (discussed later) and any bookmarks that you define. The Dashboard tab is enabled by default. To disable the Dashboard, go the Application record and click on the 'Edit' icon, then expand Other Application Settings, and set the Add Tab option to 'No'.

Tip : You can always click the tab from anywhere in the application to go back to the top-level of that area of the database. For example, clicking the Applications tab from anywhere in WorkflowFirst will take you to the list of applications in the system.
